Who creates the setup?

Every setup is created by Mikhail Shishkin or Murad Shamov, practicing orthodontists with extensive experience in digital aligner treatment planning.

What records do I need to submit?

Upper and lower arch scans, a registered bite, clinical photographs, radiographs and treatment goals are normally required.

How long does it take to prepare the setup?

The first version is usually ready within three business days after a complete set of diagnostic records is received.

Can I request changes to the setup?

Yes. You review the treatment plan in the interactive 3D viewer and can leave comments before final approval.

What will I receive after the setup is approved?

You receive the approved treatment plan, stage files for model printing and information about IPR, attachments and additional mechanics.
