How the remote treatment-planning workflow works

1. Submit upper and lower scans, bite registration, photographs, radiographs and treatment goals.
2. Our orthodontic team reviews the records and prepares the digital setup.
3. Review staging, occlusion, attachments, IPR and auxiliary mechanics in the interactive 3D viewer.
4. Request changes or approve the plan, then receive the production-ready staged STL files in your account.

For doctors, clinics and aligner laboratories

Choose a single case or use bundles for a predictable outsourced planning workflow. Each setup is prepared by a practicing orthodontist and remains subject to the treating clinician’s review and final approval.

Independent review of an existing setup

If a manufacturer or another planning provider has already prepared the case, use our clear aligner setup review to receive an orthodontist’s recorded video explanation and actionable written recommendations before approval.

Who creates the setup?

Every setup is created by Mikhail Shishkin or Murad Shamov, practicing orthodontists with extensive experience in digital aligner treatment planning.

What records do I need to submit?

Upper and lower arch scans, a registered bite, clinical photographs, radiographs and treatment goals are normally required.

How long does it take to prepare the setup?

The first version is usually ready within three business days after a complete set of diagnostic records is received.

Can I request changes to the setup?

Yes. You review the treatment plan in the interactive 3D viewer and can leave comments before final approval.

What will I receive after the setup is approved?

You receive the approved treatment plan, stage files for model printing and information about IPR, attachments and additional mechanics.

Can you review a setup created by another provider?

Yes. The separate setup-review service provides an orthodontist video explanation and written recommendations without replacing the treating clinician’s final decision.
