Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Personal Data Covered by this Consent

This consent applies to data that I enter in the relevant form or provide during subsequent interaction:

first and last name;
email address;
telephone number and messenger identifier, where requested or voluntarily provided by me;
country, language and other account settings;
personal-account identifier and external authentication-service identifier, where login through such a service is selected;
the content of applications, enquiries, correspondence, comments and files submitted;
information about the selected product, order, access, participation in training and completion of assignments;
technical information relating to submission of the form and evidence of consent: IP address, date and time, page address, browser and device information, and the version of this consent text.

2. Purposes of Processing

registration and authentication in the personal account;
processing an application and providing a response;
entering into and performing a contract, processing an order and providing access to materials;
organising training, reviewing assignments and providing feedback;
technical and customer support;
user identification, prevention of misuse and security;
evidence that consent was obtained and protection of the Operator’s rights in the event of a dispute.

3. Processing Operations and Methods

The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, rectify, update, amend, retrieve, use, transfer and provide personal data to persons acting on the Operator’s instructions, as well as anonymise, block, delete and destroy personal data, using automated means and without such means.

4. Persons Engaged in Processing

The Operator may engage hosting and cloud-infrastructure providers, developers and technical-support providers, payment organisations, educational and video platforms, email and notification services, authentication and CAPTCHA providers, CRM systems and user-support services to process data, solely to the extent necessary for the purposes stated above and subject to confidentiality and security requirements.

5. Duration and Withdrawal of Consent

This consent remains valid until the processing purposes have been achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless continued processing is permitted on another lawful basis. Account and contractual data may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to 3 years after its termination for the resolution of potential claims. Mandatory records are retained for the periods required by law.

6. Separate Consents

This consent does not include consent to receive advertising and does not authorise publication of my name, photograph, video, review or other personal data in publicly accessible sources. Such activities require separate consent.
